HF / AM Radio Freq's

Anyone know of a site or location that shows either HF or AM radio frequencies across the US? We used to listen to football games during long flights over the Atlantic & US and the list I had has been left somewhere on one of my travels (it's probably somewhere in the desert ). Hope someone can share some info before I take another 14 hour flight to go get SADDAM

I always listen to BBC on 12095 to make sure my destination is still there.

The first one is an detailed search engine for radio stations.
It has been so long since i looked at the second two i can't remember if they will be relevant.

Accuquick (sp?) has a list of the AM stations accross the country. not sure about HF though. What is it your flying "over there"? The other day on return home from western KS I passed under a B2 that was heading west. I wanted to tell them they were going the wrong way. It was definately a Kodak moment!!!!
