They asked me a bunch of pre-screening questions, about have I ever been fired, any felony or midemeanors in my background, ever failed a checkride, etc, etc? Is this typically what they call you up and ask you first? I'm assuming if they like me, they'll call me back for an interview, or do they usually offer an interview right then and there, meaning they didn't like me? Thanks.

Yes this is typical. If they heard what they wanted to hear you will get an app soon, return it accurately and you may then get an interview.

Good luck
