Frontier burned through $600,000 a day operating loss during its first 20 days in bankruptcy. Even though this poster made a bad assumption, it's not as if Frontier couldn't be done any day now.

Certainly wish F9 employees nothing but the best, but the "Good try" comment is a little silly all things considered.

Maybe or maybe not...i'm nervous. However, I'm willing to bet we as employees are receiving more pertinent info than you and your friends. I'm not in denial, but we are not in the same boat as you and the others who recently went under. We have a good chance of making it. Nonetheless, denial is not good...I'm with you. We had better have an alternate plan...foolish not to. Oil prices will ultimately kill us, but good DIP could weather this storm. My fingers are crossed.

I am hoping for the best..... I have relatives in DEN who love your airline.... The problem is SWA, they have been going for blood up that way. SWA has turned predatory and will probably succeed in their quest to take over the known universe.

Actually, we are holding our own against SWA, pax wise. The problem is oil...they hedged and we didn't. Without the DIP we can't fight too much longer. Doubt we'll be gone tomorrow, but by the end of the year the S$%^ could hit the fan.

Word is we should know our fate soon. It's all up to a group of folks in NYC.

Also, we have known for months now about the 4 ac going to Russia. We sold some 318's...nothing to get to worried about there.

Reverse, where'd you get that data from? Curious; I haven't seen anything indicating cash burn.
I also haven't seen squat on DIP financing, but have heard that they're being offered loan shark rates. Friday's move in oil won't help.

Enlighten me, show me the info (which I know you don't have) that shows we aren't holding our own and in many cases beating SWA in the Denver market. I'm sure the bk judge, creditors board, DIP guys, management, FAPA and a lot of F9 emplyees, would be interested in seeing that. While it's not the biggest factor, it is quite important in our securing DIP. Also, please provide the info that shows we aren't in a very different position than the others who recently liquidated. Our still being around is a indication of that. Our cash reserves, while dwindling, are there, amongst other positives.

L ook,I know we could be gone soon...it's a possibility. Likewise, we could be around for years to come.

I'm just trying to shed some logic on this conversation and you throw little remarks out there with nothing to back it up.

Put on your "big boy pants" and prove me wrong, get the data. I'd hate to think our management is feeding the bk judge a line of crap.

It just never ceases to amaze me how miserably informed we are as a group and what dip turds we turn into when we think we know some golden information.

To the F9 family, you are in my prayers and I hope things workout. Those that have been where you are now understand how painfully critical each hour brings. However, this statement from you is very asinine.

I personally know many pilots that were so misinformed by management that they didn't know their airline was shut down until they landed.
The old "terminator forever checklist please."
My favorite was National Airlines in LAS. They took money for first class upgrades at the counter and by the time the paxs got to the gate it was all over.
