Ok ok... no hurricane jokes please.
I am out of the military the end of November, and I am lowering the price of my condo. It is the cheapest condo on the water in Perdido Key (Pensacola), and possibly the least expensive waterfront condo in Florida.
Survived a direct hit from Hurricane Ivan. Numerous improvements to the common areas due to the hurricane, but no condo problems.
Here is the MLS listing:

I have lowered the price to $310,000
Again, the lowest price condo on the water, and yet again, I would appreciate no hurricane comments, as I am a bit nervous about leaving the military and holding on to the mortgage.
Thanks.
