Flightworks...how are they and are they in need

Current LLC fo, former RJ Captain, putting my ducks in a row before the hammer drops. Anyone with any CURRENT insight into Flightworks? Pay? QOL? Schedule? Treatment from Management? I flew corporate years ago for a short time..CL-60 fo-not typed. How hard are they on time in type? Thanks for the info.

According to their website, they have about 7 flying positions open. Looks like they need pilots for Challengers, Gulfstreams, and Citations.
