Next few months will be busy, want to get it done early. When its time I get bombarded with junk mail from them, but now I can't find one besides aviation seminars. Live in the SOCAL area so I need one locally. Help please.
 
I just did mine through Gleim's online course. 100 bucks and I had it done in about 4 hours. There is a FSDO local to me and I was able to get them the results and a new certificate the same day.
 
Another option is that the FAA now allows CFIs to renew their certificates if they've signed off on 5 wings completions (15+ hours dual given) in the last 24 months. Its something you should look into if you've done that... easy way to get it renewed.
