BLG= Bid Line Guarentee
RLG= Reserve Line Guarentee

We either have a 4 week (28 days) or 5 week (35 days) Bid Months
4 week Min Guarantee is 68 hours (usually @70-71)
5 week Min Guarentee is 88 hours (usually @90 hrs)
