MANAGEMENT SETS THE TONE !
Can't make it anymore clear than that. Now go on and wonder why the employees only do the minimum. How long until AA/United/USAir figure out that the "Only-do-the-minimum" employees are causing them more headaches than what it is worth. It's pilots, rampers, FAs, runners...everybody. Even the folks at "Gateway" are gonna figure out that they work for Hulie and get treated like dirt and paid like Sh*t.
PS Gateway pilots: Just remember, under segment pay, you are being exploited. You did it to yourself, but nevertheless, you are working and not being paid. Think about it.
