DC and Charlotte

Next month we are going to the DC area and then driving down to Charlotte. Any info on good "crew rate" hotels in either place? Thanks!

I know crewmembers based in DCA used to stay at the Americana, which was supposedly the best rate in town a little over a year ago. Call and ask about crew rates. The # is 703-979-3772.


As far as CLT, try the Best Western Sterling (704) 525-5454 or the Morgan Hotel and Suites (704) 522-0852. There are also 3 Amerisuites that crews seem to stay at close to the airport that you might want to try.

ditto on Sterling Best Western. Pretty nice place for a cheap hotel (around $40 crew rate). Best place to eat downtown is Zink American.

Just got back from a weekend in Baltimore's Inner Harbor at a 4 star on the waterfront. Named my own price on priceline and got the $300 hotel for $102. sweet!
