You arent a very good advocate of what you are so determined to stop. Racism is a biased view of someone without actually knowing them - sound familiar? You voice your opinion on race and stopping hate yet you spread it all over this forum in regards to the NWA pilot group. Does the above in red sound familiar? You have done NOTHING but insult others on this thread. Again take your own medicine big guy. Pot meet kettle errr wait will you take that as racism?
Your opinion is quickly becoming worthless to many on here because of your flip flop stance. You cant preach stopping discrimination all while discriminating against the NWA pilot group. Also just because someone has a different opinion then you does not make them a racist. Everything in this world is not about race, unless of course you make it that way. Frankly i am seeing a common theme here with you on this subject.
Like i told you before you can either be part of the problem or the solution.
Really I just expressed my own personal feelings as regards the merger and working for northwest. There are people who would not work for Delta.
Again here people express extreme veiws behind a faceless wall. It should not be taken personally. This is a fantasy place and when you begin to make it real it gets ugly.
I can take the bashing. I can not win every arguement and point taken I do not mean to discredit the Northwest Pilot group. I have freinds who work for Northwest.
This is flightinfo and just like politics lines are established to defend our diffrent positions.
But I never let any of my Northwest pilot freinds have my resume mostly because of their veiws of their company and stories they told me.
I could be wrong and they may just have being bitter. but i am happy you guys are more likely to find out how we do things at Delta Air Lines than I am to find out how things are at Northwest.
Delta is one of the greatest place to work in the world and it brings out the best in me. I am on my best behavior out there on the property because I totally love my job and co workers. They are very decent to each other.
Right now I still see you as my opponent and if we merge I will quickly change my position. Right now my position is one of mutual respect for a fellow professional no matter how I may come across on this site. I am not unlikely to strike back at some one who personally attacks me. I really do not care that much but i want to show i also have teeth and can bite. just like DALPA. it is a deterant.
Delta shows you so much love that you let go of whatever hatred or bitterness you bring from your past life and embrace a new way.
As we are told the first day in class. forget your past and negative expereinces we will treat you right here and they have done exactly that. Embrace the future guys and trust Delta's MEC they are of the highest intergrity.
Flightinfo and the posts I see here bring out the worst in me. My responses just reflect the opinions I encounter here.

I am ready to accept I may be totally wrong and Northwest is a fantastic place to work at. In fairness to Northwest I never worked there and most of what I hear is just that hearsay.
To make a conclusion about a group of people based on hearsay is wrong.
