Anyone know if the flowthru and flowback agreement is 100% done and set in stone? I thought I heard that it was in place but nothing official yet or that the NWA pilots havent signed off on it yet? if it is in place how does the flowthru work? And if your at Compass or Mesaba now can you not get hired at NWA until your flowthru comes up? Also how does the flowback work if your at Mainline and get furloughed do you go to the most Jr. FO and start there. thanks

1st Pinnacle is NOT part of the agreement
2nd The first three mesaba pilots will be given NWA number for a Jan. class.

3rd the way the agreement is set there will be no flow ups for quite some time from Compass. No one has the required time in company yet. Kinda sux for the people that have been waiting for a long time to go to NWA and just decided to go to Compass cause they could not wait any longer.

Maybe the time in company will change.

Yeah...XJ's flowthrough will start first because they actually have people who've been with the company over 30 months, but once Compass starts flowing people up they have priority over Mesaba the way the agreement is written now.

Of course in 30 months we might have widgets on our tails and I think the flowthrough agreement wouldn't be honored...at least not until they flowed down a bunch of NWA DC9 guys!

it's all smoke and mirrors...even with things signed, look at eagle

I just got the union email, even though the deal is signed, there are some points yet to be worked out. mesaba management is trying to impose barriers in the form of seat locks and delays for pilots flowing. The origional deal with NWA management and NWA pilots with imput from our union is set in place. But mesaba management has stuck their noses in it and are using training seat locks as a barrier to the flow. I sure hope the mediator does not screw us. No word as of yet.

fly safe, fly the contract.....but thats funny, the company does not follow the contract
