Like many things in life, it depends. What airline, your experience and qualifications, airline's hiring rate, class frequency and size, internal recommendations etc.

Post the places you've applied to, then those who have been recently hired there can respond.

Call Back times!

Just wondering if anyone had an idea of how long until a call back is expected from sending a resume in.

We at PSA do not always call back from resumes...We send out an application by e-mail if the Resume was e-mailed, or by snail mail if it was mailed. This gives us a better view of the prospective employee. Basically our way of doing an online application without the security problems of nonsecure web applications.

We were at Air Inc. this past week and were offering Apps. on Paper or Plastic (CD). Some people seemed somewhat amazed by the CD's but we have had them for almost a year. We give it out on CD but request applicant to Mail Back to Ops Recruiter via Paper form. We have one person in the Pilot recruitment office and she is somewhat overwhelmed at times with the response she gets for potential employees. We interview every Tuesday and depending on your credentials and how quick we can get in touch with you by phone, some people are interviewing within a few days.

Good Luck,
PSACPSP
