How do most of you deal with Brokers calling you and your CEO? I am no differant than most of you out there, I had five calls last week. The one company that is calling the most wouldn't take" No Reply" as answer. Now they have skipped over me and right to the CEO. I have talked with this company in the past, December and said we are not interested in doing business with them. New guy same old line. I know they have to make a living too but if we are interested in them we will give them a call. When somebody or company jumps me to get to the owner I really get pissed!

I would make sure I have the relationship with my boss that his conversation is something like:

Broker: "We have a great ...(CEO interrupts)"
CEO: "I am very busy, call my chief pilot"
Broker: "We did, and...(CEO interrupts)"
CEO: "Well, he handles all of our aviation matters, what did he say?"
Broker: "He said if you needed something, you would call."
CEO: "I do not work with people who do not listen, good day. CLICK"

If your boss does anything other than that, you have some work to do.
