Looking to sell a 1965 PA-30 for what's owed on the bank note ($69,500 - it was bought for $90,000 two years ago). It's a great airplane with oustanding avionics and the cheapest way to get hundreds of multi hours. This airplane took a friend and I from SEL Private/100 hours to CMEL Inst/1200 hours. All that multi time got us interviews with many regionals and current jobs flying Lears.
The plane has 8600TT and 1000 on engine and props. It's for sale in Virginia and you can look at the ad in Aerotrader.com. The link is
http://adcache.aerotraderonline.com/2/3/4/65387834.htm. We wish we could keep her, but it's hard to rationalize owning a plane that's seldom used now that we're flying jets.

Might want to look up the Commanche owners/pilots group. They are having their big convention in DC. They are flying into HEF and using the Nextflight FBO on the east side. I'm sure if you brought it up there with a for sale sign you might get it sold....
