I am not really sure, when I copied the post, censored appeared. Kind of strange, I am going to edit the site & delete censored, that is really weird...

I think what he is trying to say is if you are a former Delta pilot you need not apply because so many of you are weenies when it comes to life after Delta. So many of these guys have signed up only to quit before the first flight that the word is out amongst the freight dogs. Former Delta pilots are a poor choice for many operators. Its not that they can't, fly, they just can't them to think out of the box.

Yea I guess I had the Burkle switch on my flame thrower adjusted wide open last night. The fact is, and it is causing some problems for those who are willing to work at some of these jobs, be it money of experience that they are looking for, some problems. Enough Delta guys have quit their new employers within the first month or so that the word is out about this group. This is especially true in the ACMI operators that have hired some of these guys. Its to bad its happening and its no reflection on their ability as pilots but rather the guys have only modest interest in the amount of work and discomfort if you will, to see these positions through. I think that AAI has been the main recipient of these problems.

I could not tell you how many Delta types have said to me, "well yes, I would like to work, but probably only 20 to 25 hours a month". That won't get you spit in the job market today.

Spooky,I can see what you are saying.I still remember how to work but can understand some small operation having ????????
