It looked better passing us over the North Atlantic one day.

Left us standing still, cool to hear the sonic boom in the cockpit. Not loud, but a definate "thump"
 
I'd be curious to know if the Concorde could even land using normal crosswind controls. Most fighter/swept wing aircraft can't rudder the nose around and drop a wing in the flare. They just land in the crab and put the cross controls in on the ground. Any experts out there?
