Not to be a smart a$$ but have you tried calling Gulfstream in SAV. I am sure that they have had that request before and could possible put you in touch with someone that may already done all of the leg work. Or you could go the expensive way and put it one of those electronic systems that speaks in 4 langauages.
We dealt with Cessna on our electronic briefings in our X. They can actually personalize the messages to your needs and equipment. Just double check everything. We were suppose to have a "135" legal briefing, but during a 299 ride w/ a Fed on board, she pointed out that the "Briefing" didn't mention several required points to be 135 legal.....Oops! Anyway Cessna corrected it.
I think the problem with the manufacturer providing a video is that not all their airplanes are the same once they are completed. Each department has different equipment. We have smoke hoods for all the pax for example.
We have a Heads Up Technology cabin briefing system in one of our airplanes. It has standard announcements or you can have them customized. It's a great system- I highly recommend it. I believe the company is in the Dallas area. You can reach them at 972-980-4890.
We have an Airshow in our Lear 60 and CL604. I was able to customize the briefing and display. They basically create the audio/video, add your company logo and put it on a CD that is put int he Airshow Controller. Our audio briefing has audio for Takeoff, Cruise, Tubulence, and Landing that is played at the pilots command.
