Just wondoring how much Airnet pay was? Is it like the airlines with a min guarantee per month??

You are paid for 40 hours of flight/duty rig per week, whether or not you fly it. This works out well for the guys that work 4 days per week and only have like 6 or 7 hours rig, but sucks for the guys that work 4 days per week and have right at 10 rig per week, because they both get paid the exact same. First year base pay in the props works out to $23129. This accounts for 4 days of work. If you work a fifth night each week you get paid for at least 8 hours rig at 1.5 times the base pay rate. If you want to make money, thats the way to go. However, you can make well over base pay by having a run that has over 10 flight/duty rig hours per night. Hours 10-12 you get paid at 1.25 times base pay and over 12 is 1.5 times. The system works with the Jet SICs and Jet PICs too. By the time you make the jet (assume 18 months now) base jet SIC pay is $30472. Assume 4 years to jet PIC and base pay is $44636.

Correction, it sucks for the guys with 10 hours rig per night, not week. Sorry.
