Would you enlighten those of us that don't have access to the latest message? I'm a former ACA pilot and having been following the Indy Air restructuring very closely. I hope it is nothing bad.

Noam

WTF?!?!? HOW????

That boggles the mind....who would be THAT stupid??

I'd be interested to hear the fallout from that fiasco!

Item 2. Furloughed Pilots Operating Company Aircraft
Your MEC office, with the help of your fellow pilots, has documented recent instances of furloughed pilots, who are currently employed in non pilot positions with ACAI, operating ACAI aircraft. It is the position of your MEC that these occurrences are a blatant violation of our CBA, and this message has been delivered to the appropriate offices at ACAI corporate headquarters. Additionally, your MEC Chairman has directed that grievances be filed on each of these occurrences. Thank you to those that brought this matter to the attention of the MEC.
