Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this:

I have a 1973 58' Alden BoothBay Challenger (built by Palmer Johnson) that I would consider trading for an aircraft or ???????. The boat has brand new dark blue (Flag Blue) hull Awlgrip 12/04 (after being stripped to bare Aluminum & epoxied) & fresh bottom paint '05. The following equipment was new in '00: watermaker, refrigeration system, ice maker, radar, air conditioners, all sails.

Other equipment includes: auto pilot, depth/knot/wind, GPS, SSB, EPIRB, dinghy w/OB, liferaft, all new batteries '04, 12KW generator. She has an Aluminum hull & deck - recent audio-gauge shows hull in excellent shape. Three-cabin layout. Asking $329,000/Offers/Trade. Photos and full specs available to interested parties. Located here in Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Thanks,

Fresh paint 18 years ago and a lot of refitting 22 years ago.

Not sure how that paint holds up to tropical sun and salt water but based on my limited experience with seaplanes I'm guessing she's going to be in need of a $200K refit in a few years.

Just sayin...
