I'm on top of the PA-30 situation as far as whats selling and not, and I know for a fact that there is a great "story" behind all those sub $90k sales for planes w/ similiar specs.
Infact, there is a PA-30 for sale out of Lock Haven w/ 1850hrs TTAF, 0hrs SMOH, etc for sub $100k. Story: Its been 0 SMOH for over a year now. I wonder if the cylinders have seated? Planes and engines like to be flown.
I've checked the market before pricing mine, but I am interested in talking to serious buyers.
I don't know about other twins, but PA-30 prices are pretty firm. You can't find a twin that flies as fast, burns as little gas, and costs so little to buy and operate, anywhere.

125,000 are you firm on that price, I am a dealer on the east coast and that seems alittle high as of late the twin prices aren't holding up to good. I have seen 2 twin com. trade in the last 6 months for under 90 w/ simlar times and good P,I,G,Av. Anyway Good luck and I will spread the word but let me know about the price.
Thanks
