Specifically the Pro-rate (at risk) flying that SkyWest does. A total of 39 Brasilias, and 23 CRJs lost $6.1 million dollars last quarter. -

SkyWest hiring 16 First Officers
So they can pay somebody $22 to do the same job... difference between 1st and 3rd year FO = the cost of new hire training. Anything after 3rd year and you are costing the company money. The seniority list is way too senior right now and SkyWest knows it. -

I think we may have a pretty good chance of at least certifying SAPA. The "we have it better over here" mentality is rapidly changing at SkyWest.
