AMR orders 460 Airplanes
215 out of 286 accepted. Those who didn't accept do not get to participate in the 824 (which come after the next 240 who have actual AA seniority numbers). The new settlement applies to every pilot on property by Oct. 11, including those who previously declined as a 286, 240, or 824. -

Shows how little you know. This new deal has no flowback provision. If/when you flow, your employment at Eagle is terminated. The original Letter 3 was mostly negotiated by APA and AA, even though Eagle and ALPA were also parties it. This new deal is lightyears beyond Letter 3/Supp. W. in... -

The APA had nothing to do with this deal. It was done by Eagle ALPA, AA, and AE. -

The 824 come on when AA starts hiring from the street, so all furloughs would be recalled by that point. Current acceptance rate for AA recalls is less than 30% right now. The 239 are interspersed with the current AA furloughs...154 are at the very bottom of the AA seniority list. Finalized... -
