    Terrible leadership--war stories?

    I just want to thank the my old company commander for giving me the motivation to get where I am today. He was a micro-manager who did not trust anyone.:confused: He took the fun out of doing our jobs. I love my new career now and I am so much happier! Thank you sir!:)
