    Another Southwest question...

    Generally no. You must have Chief pilot's permission for any outside commercial flying Pt 91, 121, 135, 125, etc. They may allow it on a case by case basis.

    CAL Intl Jumpseat

    Any Cal folks know the current scoop on Intl jumpseats. I am trying to go from IAH to UIO (Quito). It's on a 737NG. Do you guys take intl jumpseaters? Do I need to list ahead of time? Anything else I should know.... Thanks

    Pc-12

    I've been flying the PC12 for 3 years.....I think it does fine in ice and is a great airplane to fly. Most of my time in it is in the Northwest and I've seen a fair amount of ice on it! Some guys complain about the newer series 10 airplanes which moved a lot of the switches to an overhead panel...
