Question for Delta Guys...how does "promptly" work for you?

AA management doesn't want to change the wording to "Promptly" for no reason. They want a change in contract wording so that previous past practice is no longer relevant and they can define it however they want this week. How ever it's defined at UAL or DAL has no relevance.

AA Pilot Leader Wants America West Pilots in Seniority Talks - Article

What will the east pilots do if they don't get DOH in the coming arbitration? What will the west pilots do if the Nicolau list is not used?

United pilot removed from cockpit by force?

Don't understand the removal from the cockpit by force. If I'm duty-day illegal, you'll find me already gone.

AF Drill Instructors rip leaders, fear recruits

Can't wait for fudge-packer pride parades on base.

Envoy offering $5K newhire bonus again... The desperation is clear

You'd have to be pretty desperate to work for AE now. I'm hearing only about 20% of those hired actually show up for training.

    AAG/Envoy

Eagle is offering $10k sucker bonuses, but out of 25 new hires, only about 5 are showing up for class.

Fat, tired marshals can?t stop terrorists

Obesity is at epidemic levels in the entire society. A large majority of police are sloppy fat guys. Not very confidence inspiring. Most of these guys couldn't hobble a quarter mile even to a doughnut shop. Even in the military, especially among women, fat is the new norm. But that's what...

    Baltia Airlines ?

This thing has been floating around as a "start-up" for literally years. It's either a scam or the most inept management ever.

    AA non rev availability

Due to both the technical problems of combining the companies, but also the dysfunction of the US pilot group.

    AA non rev availability

Until you get access to JETNET, no there isn't. You'll have to call a buddy at AA to have him check for you. Also, AA doesn't stream info to FLTSTATS, so that won't work either. As far as when you'll get JETNET access, I think that's going to be a very long time. The integration of these...

Mindset of the typical US Airways east pilot?

The APA has no intention of stepping into the mess at US Airways. When the pilots at US Airways slide a seniority list across the table, it has to be a legally recognized list for ALL their pilots and not somebody's fantasy. It's not our fight. It's yours.

New project seeks instructors of exceptional ability!

Cancer? Yea, right. Vague. Evasive. This stinks of a scam.

    Pilot Shortage affecting the Majors

I'd like to see a sky full of computer directed airplanes being "managed" into the busy airspace of NYC or ORD, much less ground controlled. And who is responsible when they crash?

    DOJ Trial NOV. 25 US/AA

Just one more indication of a corrupt, incompetent, and comically arrogant White House and so-called "Justice" department. That nitwit Holder knows he's going to lose.

American hiring this summer yes or no?

I believe nothing that the VP Flight says.

    Breaking News

The judge should have passed a judgement against the parents. They should be held responsible for not adequately supervising their child. They should have to pay the airline damages and lawyer's fees. The parents were just trying to profit off the death of their son. How sick is that.

    Men in Aviation Fair

There's tons of women in aviation. Just look at the airline commercials. A third to a half of all the airline captains shown are women!

Seniority list at the new AA?

The merger will happen no matter what USAPA does or doesn't do. They don't have nearly the horsepower to stop it. Heck, they've already voted for it. The SLI, will no doubt, go to arbitration. USAPA or Leonides, can pitch a hissy, but it's going to happen. After the final SLI arbitration, the...
