Looking for some insight to the process at JB. The interview packet says something about 8-12 weeks to get through the final selection from the Pilot Hiring Committee. Is this truely the case? How soon after the interview do they inform you of yeah or nay?

I have not been on the jump seat with SWA since before September. Are they allowing other 121 carriers to ride? I know that it would be in the back for off line jump seaters. Any info would be greatly appreciated. It would cut my commute significantly. Thanks
