    HP Hi, Here's my thought, If the manual says 205hp for take-off, then you need a high performance endorsement. It also says at 2300rpm it could produce 185hp and let say it will produce 160hp at 2100rpm. I assumed the aircraft could be operated at more than 2300rpm. So yes you do need an...
