    AA rudest flight crews ever

Let me guess, you are some fractional pilot who is all up in arms because the AA pilots didn't bow to your stripes. #1) Airline pilots are not all that appreciative of fractionals taking our premium passengers, but so be it. At the same time, don't expect us to recognize you as a premier...

    The nic is it!

Seniority via lawsuit. West mentality. Crap airline, crap pilots wanted by no other airline.

    The nic is it!

Yeah, we know about all of that. What we didn't know was that the west has the ability to screw the pooch too. Well, that and the fact that they are a bunch of no hires who couldn't get on anywhere else. No wonder why they are spending money like crazy to ensure their place, can't get it any...

    The nic is it!

Did I hear correctly that the tail scrape in CLT was a.......wait for it.....West Crew? Nah, couldn't be. Aren't they the ones that that fly flawlessly 24/7, and have to endlessly criticize the East's flying abilities? Ha ha ha ha ha ha

U.S. Air pilot denying AA jumpseaters

and then there is the USAirways East Captain who got 5, count them, 5 AA pilots onboard yesterday from Miami. Meanwhile, the gate agent didn't want to take the last three due to departure time. Insistence paid off. Too bad that the 5th AA pilot, sitting in the cockpit, was less than thankful.

    Goodbye usapa!!!!!!

Does anybody find it ironic that the "TWA DUDE" is counting on APA to fairly take care of him? I guess he is already planning the next lawsuit. How much did you net out of the ALPA suit?

Delta pilots sing at Sochi opening ceremony!

Worse, ex Comair. Should explain everything.

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Can't even admit when you are wrong. That, or you are too dense to even know what no bump no flush means. Again,

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

    b. The panel of arbitrators may not render an award unless it complies with all of the following criteria: (i) the list does not require any active pilot to displace any other active pilot from the latter's position; (ii) furloughed pilots may not bump/displace active pilots; (iii) except as set...

C'mon, let them have their ranting and raving. It's all they've got.

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Ha ha. All you guys have is mislabeling East pilots scabs? That's it? That's all you got. Heck, even the real scabs were welcomed back into ALPA.:laugh::laugh:

Um, no. They won't. You're angry I get it. Get it all out.

Yawn Your appeal will fail USAPA will remain at the SLI table USAPA will present something other than the NIC the west will sue again 4 words: wide range of reasonableness

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

IOW, you have nothing to add. Got it :roll eyes: Maybe you guys can start a countdown clock on Phoenix. Let's compare apples to apples. Phoenix with Philly, or Phoenix to CLT. Discuss
  15. P

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Yes. While USAPA won't continue in its current capacity it will continue throughout the SLI. Judicial rants are not law. Surprised that APA would actually put that out.
  16. P

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Wow, you really got me there. It was worse than independent ratification. The timeline was the important thing, and shows why USAPA WILL be at the table even after APA is voted in. But let's not pass up this nugget. The West ratified the MOU by, what? 94%? 97%? They became convinced this...

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

That's correct, they had not a retirement. They had not work rules. They have never met the most lucrative contract in the industry. They make their money by working their a$$es off for it. It is what it it is, but they were (in the context of my post) and are a have not. Compared to the...

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Really? Truth is that the East had an enviable contract through 911, first, second, or third best depending on what was most important to you. The drag for ME, and I would venture to guess about 70% of legacy pilots might agree: -Delta and their judicious use of RJs -SWA, Am West, and the...

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Yep, those darn pilots making companies go bankrupt? :erm: Nobody is that dense, so I can only assume you mean to mislead. Look, I get it. You worked for a junk airline in the desert. You didn't want to, i mean nobody grew up wanting to fly for America West. Yet, for whatever reason, you...

Judge Silver issued her decision in Addington II

Ha Ha. "Constantly improving their contracts?" to still be on par with Republic. Best work rules amongst its peers, AKA third tier carriers. How sad that on your best day is measured as slightly better than a twice BK carrier. But hey, it's working for you so go with it, and at least you've...
