    Adios logten users

Right now, it's 50% off your first year. Unfortunately, my contact with Coradine says that after your subscription expires, the program will still run but prevent you from adding time. You'll still be able to access your logbook for any other required information but not save any items. We all...

    DFW Commuter hotel

The Motel 6 isn't as bad as people make out. The only problem is that food choices are hard to come by. The cheapest and I feel it's the cleanest too since the floors are bamboo as opposed to the RR being filthy carpet. Bring your soaps.

LXJT pilot has ordered contract wristbands

Any pictures? I wasn't able to access the pics b/c I'm not a member. Everyone needs to be united no matter what side of the fence they are on at ASA/XJT. The end is nigh. And people do really recognize wristbands.

ASA August CR7 Premium Open Time

since we don't have a contract yet and are expecting "concessions", I'm all about everyone boycotting the open time trips. It's ridiculous and outrageous what's going to happen in the next few months. This is the lowest I've seen morale since the pre 2007 contract.

168 "Large" Regional Aircraft left for RFP

Based on the Republic award and American Airlines (AMR) plans for up to 215 larger regional aircraft, looks like there are still 168 left to award and to be operational from now until 2018. That's quite a bit of expansion...

    DFW XJT City Pairs?

Does anyone know the potential city pairs for XJT's CR2 flying out of DFW? I'm surprised that the company hasn't released anything prior to bid close as they have done so before. I heard that they haven't received that much info from American but just wondering if anyone knows anything else.

I find that type of attitude a sad premonition for the future of your merger with XJT

I like test driving EVERYTHING. It would have been great if materials would have been handed out and if SmartPref came in and distributed their information to the rest of the ASA pilots. I mean, why not? Why couldn't the ASA MEC go and educate us more. If they love Flica's PBS that much...

    SureJet (a.k.a ASA) server crash

Do as the Donald. To the people who helped this name pass through the ranks. "You're all fired."

    Surejet name on hold

I thought "Song" was bad....But way to go on the hold. Grounded before even taking off. Where's the video of the announcement already? This has to be one of the biggest flops in rebranding ever!

    ASA Detroit Base...

So that's 180 pilots??? Isn't that almost half of the seniority list on the 700/900? 18 aircraft???

    New SKW/ASA Rumor

Definitely betting on the over. Granted if the package is "good" enough, even more will go. From the ramblings around the lounge and in the air, there are quite a few pilots that have already shown a lot of interest in flying in Vietnam. Less than half a year remaining till launch. Only...

    ASA pilot surplus...

I've heard two opposite extremes over the last two weeks. From getting 9-900s up to 35 then just yesterday possible furloughing in January. Delta is having some big meetings in Nov. to determine the flying distribution and future business plans. And the pilots are succumbing to a seniority...

    General Virgin America questions

When is VRD going to be hiring again? With all the furloughs coming on, I'm sure it's going to be pretty competitive more so in the next few months.

    ASA Flica to go away?

Basically, I think our system of ourASA (Skywest's intranet) will be molded to take care of EVERYTHING just how SkyWest utilizes their system. If you have a whole department of IT guys handling the system and controlling one platform, it streamlines the company and its employees. I'm just...

    ASA MCO hub no more

Everyone knows that this is all part of Delta's capacity cuts of 15% by August / September. We'll know more after the summer flying is over.

    SWA Flight Attendants

Here's a good tribute to some of the old ads that various airlines had throughout the years. Check them out. http://www.darkroastedblend.com/2007/02/glamour-of-flight.html
