    CFI/CFII Mil comp info

Can I use it in someway to renew my CFI without redoing the flight portion since I let my CFI certificates expire like 3 years ago like a dumba$$? Shiat nevermind, just skimmed the link. Oh well, I don't need it anyways, I have enough dual given to gag a dog....not what I want be doing again...

Southwest Airlines to Acquire AirTran; Spreading Low Fares Farther 6:55 am - PR Newsw

I got on here to see if this was a positive or a negative for the AirTran guys. Have friends on both sides...waiting to see their response. Good luck Catfish!

    2 -v- 1 (close call with a Viper)

I used to fly through MOA's VFR all the time when I was civilian. I always had flight following and I'd say the majority of the time ATC would let me know if the MOA was in use. Knowing what I know now, I realize there would've been absolutely no way I could see/avoid the kinds of dynamic...

    Interesting MOA encounter with Viper

If you read back a couple posts from my first I was actually mocking the MC-130 guy that was AGAINST what you all were saying. But I digress.

    Interesting MOA encounter with Viper

The question isn't whether or not I know, the question is whether or not I care about anything that goes on in asscot land. I know the answer.

Question about idling on the ramp?

I did my solo X/C in the T-45 a whopping 100 miles over to Montgomery, AL. There was a couple Blackhawks with studs in them and an Air Force T-1. The T-1 was already running when I started walking to the jet...not yet dressed. I was taxiing and I hadn't even heard him call for taxi. WTF...

    Interesting MOA encounter with Viper

What a D-Bag. I mean for Christ's sake is 600' even considered formation flying? Sounds like stuff they do in MC-130 land...."yup, I can just make out there's another plane out there...yeah buddy...we're formation flying now."

    AF, Navy Fighter ?

I'm not getting into any of this argument mostly because the only AF guy I've ever met that I really didn't like was an AF O-4 at Sun N Fun who just about got his a$$ beat for being a mouthy sob...flying the mighty 135 no less. BUT, what was stated above, you make it sound like it's not just as...

    Overhead at Civilian Fields

I know 300-350 below 10K seems to be pretty standard, since in addition to saying "2"....my only other job on leads wing is to critique non-verbally the stuff he does that I think is wrong. On the other side. Single-ship, I always obide by the 250 below 10K. I know ample guys that have been...

    Cecil Field?

TRW1 & 2 use Cecil pretty much every month for a week for the T-45 CQ DETS that take place, well, at least there and San Diego.

    Best weekend x-c's

Fort Worth Alliance, buy gas and get a rental car for free, drive 15 minutes to stay downtown at the Worthington which has a military rate of like $95 when the room could easily go for over $200. Walking distance to all of DFW's bars.

Big League Beatdown of AFA Cadink

Every crowd has one, the only problem is I try not to forget where I came from, as I truly imagine the O-4 year old was probably in very similar shoes one day. But, not knowing any of the other facts, the simple thing is tact goes a long way.
