    Amsterdam...What the???

Isn't more automation what the management teams would desire? One button to T/O and one button to and. One pilot flying 10 airplanes at once from on on the internet. Don't worry, they would never get rid of three pilot crews. What? Oh they did? Nevermind....

    Delta pilot killed in AMS

That is a busy city. Taxis on the left right and center of the road. Bikes whizzing by and trains that are constantly moving through streets which are almost always crowded. Add the fact there is so much eye candy around from kitsch stores, architecture, and of course beautiful Dutch women...

To all CAL guys... from a furloughed pilot

Your dodging his point, the industry sucks and it was that way before he had a chance to serve on any ALPA committee. Many are pissed about others picking up open time when people are on furlough. Remind them of what they are doing. Good luck, I've got my passport stamped and making some...

    Jumpseat Question...Delta to Argentina

Hi there, Just came back from Buenos Aires earlier this year. Tip 1: As soon as you land, introduce yourself to the station manager and tell them you will be jumpseating out in a few days and you want to go through their station procedures now to make it easier on them to look into the J/S...

    West pilots to be "strikebreakers."

Ok, try this next time you jumpseat around. Tell them you are from the East and see who the guys at other airlines are really for. I've tried this a couple of times and for the most part they mimic whatever you say just to keep you out of their hair. I don't like the word scab or...

    Remember This?

Apparently, that was all the commuter pilot was doing a few months back when they found him with only his socks on. Who knew he was just following this list!

    Frontier Pilots, Is this true?

Independence had problems of that same sort at the very end. Pilots were not asked to pay for the hotels but there was a mass shifting of vendors. A van driver even held some flight cases hostage until paid. Good luck out there.
