what is a good pay rate per day for a first officer on a citation 3? Im curious. It would be mostly day trips and around 250 hours a year flying. All expenses would be paid above pay per day.

Ill bite - Once in a jet you cannot move to another airframe till captain and we have 8+ year fo's that are not in the right seat by choice.
ran into the same problem a couple years ago. cant remember exactly what plug i used if it was a stereo to mono or other way around but radio shack sells the plug to use. fixed the problem.
