Don't have a clue what the rule states, but last night I asked the controler (JAX Center) if I needed to report when leaving the current alt, FL390, for the PD alt of FL240. He said no. Just sayin.
We all know that we can't block emergency exits. Just wondering if anyone has a reference to the FAR # that states that? Did a search and can't seem to find it. Part 91 operation, mid size aircraft, 9 pax seating.

I have a bit over 2000 hours in the G200 and have never had it above 430 or to 450. I know the book states that it can be done, and as you have seen it can. However having said that I did feel the buffet at 430 once and we were probably 30kts above the yellow of the AOA tape. I will have to...
