Does anyone know of a source for paper of similar weight to Jeppesen's airway manual paper? I looked into Jepp's "multi-purpose" paper, but besides the ridiculous price, it's way too heavy at 20 pounds. Thanks! (Also, sheet size doesn't matter; I can cut it and drill it myself.)

Is there a way to receive email notifications of new non-emergency ADs for a specific aircraft model? The FAA web site seems to offer a general email service for emergency ADs and SAIBs, but not non-emergency ADs. Thanks for any help!

I have some questions for airline pilots whose permanent address is in Illinois. First off, do you actually go through the silly IDOT-IDA pilot registration process? If so, do you even carry that POS card with you? I only fly to MDW and ORD these days, so what are the chances that an FAA or IDA...
