    Fracional Holiday Policy?

Hey a question for those in the know... What's the policy for handling Holidays worked by pilots at any of the fracs? What does Netjets do? Comp day to use elsewhere, extra pay? Your input is appreciated!

Single versus Dual Pilot Operations in a King Air

Well let's get one thing straight, I'm not of the litigious type!!! I'm just sayin'! I didn't assume anything, thank you. As far as training twice a year at FSI goes... do they really? There's more than one way to get a .297, and a most operators aren't doing it the FSI (read: expensive) way...

Single versus Dual Pilot Operations in a King Air

Sorry to hear about your friend, it's been quite a while since I've had a tragedy like that affect me. You are certainly right, pilots with reservations about single pilot ops should steer clear - for their own peace of mind, at least! That must be it! Now it's all so clear.:rolleyes...

Single versus Dual Pilot Operations in a King Air

In a civil suit, it wouldn't have to be proven, a jury just has to determine what is reasonable, or determine if the operator was negligent. This is miles away from proving anything!!! I fully believe the plaintiff would have NO problem convincing a jury that a single pilot operation of a KA...

Single versus Dual Pilot Operations in a King Air

A 'low time' pilot, when properly trained (of course), is acceptable to complete the crew, IMHO. The 350 is an interesting case, since it requires a type for PICs. I see no problem with a trained and checked (but not typed) 'low time' SIC, with the right attitude and aptitude; and certainly no...

    Sentient Jet financial problems

I have heard that as well, but I'm willing to bet it's just a 'normal' cashflow issue that they'll pull through just fine.

    Jet Linx/Omaha

Lots of changes at Jet Linx over the past year... expansion, raises, and new bases. Jet Linx has 16 aircraft on their 135 certificate, and a total of 18 under management. The latest additions are a pair of LR-60's. They added a GIII a couple months ago. They now have aircraft based in six...

    Jet Linx Aviation, Omaha

Can you shed some light on just what is wrong? I've had some bad bosses in the past, and I would like to think these guys would have to be pretty bad before they scared me off... Like was mentioned above, getting a decent starter job is pretty important to a guy like me.
