    FBO etiquette

    The Citation Ultra is extra noisy on the ramp, and it takes forever for our gyro's to spool up. Usually a diamond, i mean beech400, mm hawker 400 hoggn the GPU. There should be a man law against watching some crap TV show in a pilot lounge. Monk is not acceptable, Walker Texas Ranger is!.

    This is how they figure the landing distance for the Ultra. Go into a short strip with an ultra, you will want to follow this. Last week at simuflight they said that in ice you must fly REF + 8 in the ultra minimum. anyone heard different.

    not a problem. a few small system changes from the bravo to ultra. in one flight you will have it figured out. The 550 is lighter on the controlls, but no big deal. enjoy.

    Sounds like the new job is ok. Part 135 isnt that bad, at least there are a few ground rules protecting the pilots. buy a bigger suitcase, plus if the chief pilot is a jerk at your current job that should make the decision easier

    there alot like go jets. but with a single engine, or a deisel engine twin. im not thinking of working for them i just want the lowdown since i have read about them in many different pilot magz. I do agree with your take
