    I almost ran into a flock of snow geese a little north of Lambert the other day. Scared the b'jesus out of me. They were up pretty high. I'm wondering how a 172 would handle an impact with a five pound goose at 100 knots? I've seen the movie 'The Edge' and the outcome was not good....

    How do you guys/gals that fly professionally like it? I have my private certificate with about 150tt and have been considering going pro. I work as a loan officer right now and it's the same old routine day after day. I think about aviation constantly and sit out at Lambert all the time...

    Got a DWI about 5 years ago. Is this an automatic disqualification from getting hired to fly professionally at a regional/major?
