    New Avantair FO Payscale

    the overtime rate will also increase.....it is calculated by salary/182(the number of days worked per year) X 1.5 so first year fo should get $288.46 per day for overtime

    Another incident for Avantair

    No gear failure at all...and absolutely NOT the FO's fault!! Tower cleared both airplanes for takeoff and they aborted to miss the cirrus which resulted in 2 blown tires...that's it....no gear collapse or anything else wrong!!!
