Sure it's going to slow down at some point. But it's not at the moment and won't for a while. All of our current contracts do not expire until between 2012-2020. That's at least five years of nothing but growth barring anymore bancruptcies. I'm sure that RAH will not always be a great place...
RAH is only having problems because they can't hire pilots fast enough. Crazy growth. That's the kind of place I want to be. If hired soon you will be a 3rd up the senority list in less than a year. Yes the company has growing pains, but those are the kind of pains you should be looking for...
Mr. Christmas,
I too was a Bluestreaker and jumped to the darkside. So far it's been a great decision. It's a beautiful thing to have hope again. If you have Q's PM me.

Republic Airways current upgrade time is under 2...
I've been here a little under a year, and this place is driving me crazy. No one seems happy to be here. Scheduling sucks. Is it this pothetic everywhere? Has anyone made a change and glad they did?
Anyone know the chances of getting the CRJ as a new hire. Are they transfering FO's from the ERJ or hiring for CRJ FO's. I'm currently an FO on the CRJ and enjoy the jet, but upgrade where I'm at could be up to six years.
I'm a new hire pilot at PSA. Just wondering what the future looks like for me. I know I could get on with about any regional with my experience. If we get 900's, will the upgrade time decrease or with the Mid Atlantic J4J folks will it still be a lifetime as an FO. Any advice. Thanks
