Not sure. Only Erion I remember was in scheduling and she had quite a reputation (bad)!! Must be someone else, because she must be in her 60's or ever 70's by now. Can't imagine her wanting to come back to ASA, but who knows?
Have you ever thought the problem might not be with the F/O's? If you have flown 15 years and had very few F/O's "up to snuff", I think you need to look in the mirror and I think you will find the problem.

ASA needs some changes, no argument there. With this new guy taking over the training dept., thats the one area I hope there are NO changes!! IMO we have a excellent training dept from the program manager to the instructors. I'll admit there are one or two instructors who might be classified...
