No AVtrip at Signature after 1/1/2012 !

Any idea how we can pressure Signature to reinstate the AVTrip program?

    iPad test run

iPad & Jepp TC Absolutely a great implementation. NO issues at all. Been using it 11months!

    Incoming!

I agree with Sokol. With all due respect to those who disagree.

    Fractionals and Tablets (IPad)

Been using mine for six months now. There is no downside. I predict MUCH sooner. Jepps, manuals, - it's all good!

    Sad Night!!!

Unfortunately, you don't have a good understanding. At NJI, no one was ever pressured to fly fatigued . . . and I felt FAR more 'protected' by the company then than I do now. There is no longer any logic or practicality to the decision-making - only yielding to the CBA and union preferences.

    NJA Uniform Change

In case you hadn't figured it out, I am not in favor of the leather jackets for lots of reasons - including the 'jobs' they may represent!

    NJA Uniform Change

Yes, Yes, and Yes . . . . . and that is why I will beat you out in an interview any day of the week!

    NJA Uniform Change

You only get ONE chance to make a FIRST impression! I vote NO to the leather jackets while on duty and/or flying. I also wear long-sleeved white shirts year-round! Look like a professional, act like a professional - because we are! The customers deserve nothing less!

NMB rules NJI/NJA not single carrier.

Why don't you start a petition?
  11. YankeeEcho

NMB rules NJI/NJA not single carrier.

    Amen . . . for both reasons!!
  12. YankeeEcho

    Rip nji

Rip nji Unfortunately, it's official. NJI is being 'consolidated' into NJA and our proud, talented group of folks will 'disappear'! Sad day!

NMB rules NJI/NJA not single carrier.

AMEN . . . what a giant step backwards! Why do the numbers guys seem to ignore the things that make a company great and reduce everything to the lowest common denominator?

    Question for NetJets guys...

THere is no longer a 310 in Columbus - it was donated to the OSU flight school

    Gulfstream 650 Rollout

Hope I am still flying when it comes on-line!!!! http://www.gulfstream.com/products/g650/specifications.htm

    Irony

Crew Reductions Math Everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that NJI lost 16% of it's Pilots and 18.3% of it's Flight Attendants through the voluntary early-out process vs. 5.7% and 4.2% at NJA. This suggests to me that NJI is closer to being 'right-sized' than NJA so further involuntary...

    AIN article on Netjets Consolidation

. . . . . .Meanwhile, a knowledgeable source told AIN that Sokol is moving forward with plans to consolidate NJA, NJI and NJLA operations at NJA’s facility in Columbus, Ohio. NJI’s current operations center is in Okatie, S.C.; NJLA has two ops facilities in Connecticut. According to the source...

Net Jets to Furlough 500...??? Right...
