I am actually a US citizen and have been living, residing and working in the US, so I would qualify for the above mentioned requirement. I did not phrase the question properly; simply wondering if EU citizenship in addition to the US would help in being considered if the CGN base is requested. -

Not necessarily you can have a 731-5BR fitted Falcon 20 with or without a glass cockpit installation. it was at discretion of the client to proceed and have also the avionics mod on top of engines retrofit and Garrett APU as well. -
