Carl Icahn investigated for insider trading

Imagine! A scumbag doing scumbag things. Who would have thought?

Why some jetBlue pilots post such extreme negativity.

2013 will see 8 net aircraft, per Maruster

    AMR/LCC Merger and Furlough Question...

God I hope so. If you will recall the quotes, "What part of BANKRUPT don't you TWA guys understand?" and "We Fooked you because we could!"

Jetblue Proud To Be The First To Drop Health Coverage For Labor

He won't have to worry about any of those pesky out-of-pocket expenses for ANYTHING because ALL his deductibles and premiums are reimbursed by Jetblue.

    JetBlue Pilot Plans Insanity Defense

Who the he11 ever claimed that he moved those levers (we actually call them throttles, ace) to idle and said "we're going down"? You really need to get your sh1t together a$$wipe before you invent things to convict the guy with, just to hear yourself talk. Vastly

    JetBlue Travel Bennies

Domestic partnership still requires documentation: joint bank accounts, 401K beneficiary, something with both names and the same address, like a driver's license, etc. There is DP (no pun intended) for medical and other bennies, and there is DP for travel. Significant other is anyone you want...

You can designate a spouse and a significant other. We don't judge your "lifestyle" choices.

JetBlue and the 2.21% pay raise rhetoric.

When you start at half that of your peers and it takes you 10 years to come up to partially mediocre I'd say that was a Phyrric victory. Vastly

Jetblue kicks family off plane for toddlers tantrum

The regs say ALL passengers over the age of 24 months must be seated in their own seat with their seatbelt fastened prior to the aircraft moving under it's own power. Where is the question here?

    Future AMR/B6 timeline....

APAs contract requires recall of ALL furloughees prior to any OAL acquisitions. Most of the furloughees are former TWA, so they may not fight quite so hard as they have in the past, but I think they don't want to set the precedent of caving on this one. Your milage may vary

    Leaving Jetblue

I don't know what exec you were referring to that said there would be an increase in the total pilot budget, but Rob Maruster (was that the RB you were referring to?) said there would be an increase to the retirement contribution, in some nebulous form. He NEVER, in any of the conference calls...

    Love the JetBlue anti-union propaganda....

I, too, sometimes get confused whether I'm the 6 or the 9

JetBlue looking at 787's for longer flights

Dude, if that's your most convincing arguement, good luck preventing the union. But I'll be sure that you get the same benefits of a CBA that we are all entitled to, even if you personally don't deserve them.

JetBlue looking at 787's for longer flights

That 2% will return almost 8% in COLA (which is now non-existant), actual peer average parity (which changes every time someone looks at who's making what), and 401K/B-plan increases. That's a 400% return on investment. I'll take it. You can have your crumbs. VU

    JB Candidates in phase II

Sorry guy, but no one has actually stated anything definitive about growth. Yes, we are taking delivery of more airframes, but I'm sure you know that the company has also historically dumped older airframes off the bottom of the list when we get new ones. The "40 to 90" number doesn't even...

UPS Chief Pilot Breaks in for Schedule Change

If that had been the ground (trucker) side of the house, that manager would have gotten his a$$ kicked.

"Poz and Hold" versus "On the Hold"

So what is the LGA equal-opportunity controller going to say when she can no longer say "Pozit-sin an hode"?
