    135 non reciprocal jumpseats

I know you are looking to hear from a Spirit pilot. But I a very sure that to be CASS you would have to work for a 121 carrier. As far as some sort of flow to the cabin while "on the jumpseat" I would thing a reciprocal agreement would have to be in place. Most of the guys/gals had to...

    ASA proposed pay scale!!!

Or, were the secured gates in Atl, the exclusivity (sp) agreements and future, and agreed to, 70 seaters worth $400 million?

    It's over....

Will work to get you back in the cockpit? Hasn't done so for any of the, what, 5000+ furloughed since 9/11/01. Woerthless is an idiot!

    Lear 60 contract question

My 60 rating was 17K, that was 3 years ago. Whats wrong with, if I leave in 2 years I will pay a prorated amount back. Would you loose all the money put in if you left in 1.5 years? Also who would get any interest yu should be earning on the account? Doesn't sound good to me. Training...

ASA Says Pilots' Demands Are Lofty

Just for the record, 841 today.

Funniest Thing You've Heard on the Radio?

ASA ATR taxiing out in ATL for T/O- tower asked if they wanted an intersection take-off. They say they can't. Delta- whats the matter Acey (old callsign) you heavy this morning? ASA - without hesitation- yeah we have your wife on board.

    Delta air elite

FO's start at 30K, Capts 56K. Base: CVG 7 hard days off, 3 soft (floating) days off. Small operator. 7ish planes. Pure 135, execpt when you fly the president of DAE or other mangers from comair.

    CASS list

He/She won't. The gate is the one who uses the passport.

Cockpit Access Security System. For cockpit only.

    CASS list

Not sure the FAA is going to allow part 91 to ever jumpseat on 121 carriers.

    What's Going on in CVG?

Pay first? Ah, like finally pay. 475 DAL pilots on furlough since 11/04/01.

If Delta had asked this, woudl the pilot have accepted?

TOO many what ifs. After 9/11 Delta had Delta Express for the NY-FL leisure market (50 737-200s). Delta pilots were paid much less to fly on express, while gate agents, and FA's made the same as mainline rates. It was questionable if it would have held up against JB, we will never know...

    Delta: Pilots' Strike Is 'Murder-Suicide'

However: When the cost of fuel rises, Target WILL increase it's prices to compensate, NOT ask the cashier to take a pay cut. Hell my garbage co. is going up $2/month to compensate for increase in gas, not asking the guy on the back of the truck to give the company money. I accept the LCC...

What does your 1.95% do for you?

Interesting points. Couple of thoughts. Regionals would have a tough time going on strike, like Comair. Without the assesments from the the ALPA majors, strike pay and the fund would have been non-existent. They would have to contribute more than 1.95%. Woerthless needs to go. I don't see...

Delta ready to void pilots contract.

Feel lucky, it could be -400 like your RJDC co-plantifs. And of course it is in Delta's control. They decide where the feed comes mainline/DCI/AeroMexico whatever.

    DAL pilots overcompensated?

Around $146K a year. 96% of a district judge. If a judge can stick it out for a whole 14yrs they recieve thier salary at time of retirement for life, or a lump sum. Sound familiar to anyone.

DALPA counter proposal- pay attn NWA

Why don't you get on your tug and drive away. The pilots have given there fair share to the companies mis management. Everyone is hurting. Wouldn't you have tried to negotiate if you had the opportunity, oh I see you were willing to give that sick time, pay, vacation. One thing others need to...

Delta Pilots Offer $90.7M in Concessions Published: 11/9/05 ATLANTA (AP) - The pilots union at bankrupt Delta Air Lines Inc. said in a court filing it is offering the carrier an average of nearly $91 million a year in concessions, which the union contends is sufficient to help Delta trim...

    DL/AA flowback jumpseat NOV 15th

You are incorrect sir - DCI does NOT have unlimited jumpseats, only SWA & AA. DCI is limited to the actual number of A/C jumpseat (1 or 2), just as we are when we ride on them. This is a reciprocal agreement.

    Jet Blue

Thank you Blue Dude for the last post with answers. I realize that Jet Blue takes a lot of heat for perceptually being the "bottom of the heap" and bringing everyone down. I know that it is mismanagement that has done this, not any specific pilot group. Duh. But your airline is listed by...
