Here's an opening at our company if anyone is interested please send a PM with resume. Please no phone calls, I will answer PMs as possible.
Looking for versatile salaried plus pilot position in Arkansas. Company is very diverse. Looking for pilot interested in air survey operations...
I've flown the 501 as well as most of the other 500 series airplanes. The main thing I would use caution on is to make sure it's a true 501 if you're paying for a 501. Cessna offered and still offers the option of converting a 500 to a 501 and vice-versa. They change the data plate to reflect...
PAY2 Maint
Have to 2nd the guys at Lafayette Aviation. Yes, I went to school there, but I also had a PAY2 worked on there. Just for clarification, I did not work for them, but they are good people.
My other recommendation is Des Moines Flying Service in Des Moines, IA. They are a bunch of...
Hmm...I know for a fact that they have paid the difference for 2 pilot slots across the street at another provider when they had this problem before. Something else had to have happened. Check with Arman<sp> (which I'm guessing is who is the one not getting you anywhere), get Tom B. involved...
I'm not sure how their hiring works. Most of us are all setup as contractors, but some I know are on salary. Fire fighting if you haven't done it start at daylight or a tad before and then end at dusk or a shade later depending on your Region. Do not be surprised to have 5 hour legs in the...
Spur
I'm with avbug. They seem to be a very respectable company out west during fire season. I have flown tag-team air attack missions with their crews and spent countless hours on the ground with their guys. They seem to have decent equipment and ok maint. Just don't think you're walking...
Like is said above....I have seen it done in 5 minutes and I have seen it not done in 120 days. Most FSDOs will try to get a response in 30 days. However, the response could be, "the manual is unacceptable please resubmit with changes". If this happens the clock starts over. I have dealt...
Looking for Pay for FO on a CL-600. Flys about 5-10 days a month. Same position includes Single Pilot work on the Ultra. All Part 91 no 135 ops. Position is in the Midwest. On call pretty much 24x7...8 Hour Wheels-Up Time.
Thanks for the help.
BED all day long so long as time to the meeting/event is not the problem. Getting in to BOS usually isn't a major problem. It is the outbound that usually gets us the most delays. Heck, BED is worth it just to keep from going through the security screening at BOS.
I get $450 + Expenses in a 501 for PIC responsibilities in the south. $350 for SIC, yes I know the 501 is a single pilot airplane. Also, the contractors around here usually require an SIC in the 501 if it's a NE or West Coast trip. $500 wouldn't be unreasonable...CE-500 types are now in the...
Does anyone have the skinny on working for FSI in ICT at the Cessna flight facility? Pros/Cons? Any chance of getting some types out of the deal? How's QoL? Any other info would be appreciated...
Boiler
I'm pretty sure the only contracting they do is for the SEATs on the state of Arkansas stuff. The state does have a base in Malvern though. The fly stuff from 182s/210s/185s/etc.
It is kind of a racket, but if per say you had a IGI and wanted to get a CFII you still have to take the CFII test even though it is the same as the IGI exam.
I'd check with some of the 135 operators to see if they are willing to do a lease/rental on some of their equipment if there are any BE58s up that way used for pax charter. Usually the 135 commercial passenger insurance will cover rentals with time like yours.
