... and this is just hear-say. the jets sitting down in myr for a while, on the beach, where there is a lot of salt water... ya get the point, lots of corrosion. some private company bought 3 of them, and went to have them brought up to date on inspections and see the repairs that they needed... -

take the atp written before you go, they will send you home and you will waste your time, you wont even get any experience because they wont give you the chance. i just crammed for 3 days and then took it, glad i did... and im also glad i didnt get the job.. i woulda got furloughed a few days... -

hey cfi not all pax are late because they just are slow and get to the airport late. ever hear of a late inbound? maybe because mke slows you to 210 every dang time we check on, or for some other reason (wx in bos or phl)... so we wait till the pax or any other pax gets to our flight from a... -

yeah the company is cheap, but safe, and a good place to work, or have worked with good guys/gals.... i dont know what the above is talking about $13, although he did work here so he must have some point. right now i dont think there is a bid out yet, they are to cheap to pay anyone good to... -

ya, i would tend to agree with them. we are fully staffed now and unless there is a mass exodus, we only have a few guys going to Midwest pretty soon here... not enough to hire more i would say, but who the heck knows crazier things have happened! Good Luck!! -

what is said above is right, sometimes commuting is ok, sometimes it blows. if i could give you a little insight: make sure she/he knows what to expect... and then she cant complain to much. im young and have only been doing it for 8 months, but she was well aware of what was going to be... -

yes to midex, for the interview, read aviationinterviews.com it is/was a pretty simple Jepp and IFR written, make sure you know everthing and anything about jepp plates and charts. HR and Tech was fairly simple, dont lie, tell the truth, and be a normal relaxed human beeing and you should be fine -

i never got an email. i got a call a week after i emailed the resume. i would send it via snail mail, and then call a few days later. "ask if they had gotten your mail?" there is a class of 22 going right now, and i heard another class shortly after... they just started mid feb. -
