Enjoy your medical JB no voters.

All Three of your sources use BMI as the factor for Obesity, which has been proven to be an inaccurate measure of Health. e.g. a 5'10" 210lb body builder is Obese but has 8% body fat, a 5'10 180lb office worker with 25% body fat is not.... Find some better sources.

When I was flying 135 in Alaska that was a perfect VFR Day, I really do not understand your question. you said that he/she looked at the METAR/TAF and nothing else, are you sure? Was the weather a stable air mass that was unlikely to change? You do understand 91.103 does not require a...

You can get a demonstrated competency from the faa and get as high as a 2nd class medical. My former boss in Alaska was blind in one eye and flew commercially. You might have to do it with a fed on board. (similar to the color blindness waiver)

FWIW, When I flew Part 135 in Alaska in a cherokee six. It was SOP to retract the flaps to kill the lift on every touchdown, due to the unpredictable winds in the valleys. I flew with MANY feds during that time and did not hear one complaint. I agree with avbug on this one... it's a...
