    They absolutely did.

    allegiant air J/S

You're not showing too much intelligence here or in your e-mails. Time to move on to plan D or E.

Funny... You're blasting me for not wanting ALPA here, when just a short time ago, you felt the same. ------------------------------------------------ 07-11-2006, 09:06 #25 Dix-Bag Registered User Posts: 71 Civ/Mil: mil A/C Flown: some jets and stuff Ratings: DC-10 DC-9 Curr Position...

I'm not going to argue the union point any longer. You and I clearly see things differently at this point in time. I apologize for calling you an idiot. Maybe hard headed is the better word, and can clearly apply to myself as well.

Yes... We got our new compensation plan agreed to the day of the first road show. Bravo to the Allegiant OC for playing thier role well... up to that point anyway. The point is.. The pilots of Allegiant Air were able to get a huge raise and a few better work rules within 3 months of the start...

    allegiant air J/S

Active for about 25-30 people these days. Only 3 showed up at a recent roadshow. Pending ratification, our much deserved raise goes into effect May 1st and brings us in line with the industry. Our advisory group did in 3 months what your company (with ALPA) hasn't been able to do in how long...

    allegiant air J/S

Our passengers may be interesting, but they've led to MANY continuous quarters of profitability. Can you say the same about your dignitaries? ;) I've heard more interesting passenger stories over AIRINC from the Delta's, American's, and Southwest's out there than our flights. I should take...

You cannot reserve the J/S. Go to the gate and ask for the J/S. You can occupy any open seat, 4th FA J/S, or the flight deck jump for those in CASS. It'll be a very rare occasion if we can't get you on.

SAS sells 18 MD-80 surplus aircraft to Allegiant Travel Company

We're only using 1 of these new airframes as a replacement. 1 -83 will replace a -87 going to its grave. All others will be for growth.

How does Virgin make a profit on $39 fare???

The flight was great! Airplane was very comfortable and quiet. In flight entertainment was top notch, and both the cabin and cockpit crews were outstanding.

How does Virgin make a profit on $39 fare???

I think they actually do.... I took a trip from LAX to BOS a few weeks ago. I was watching their prices vs the open seats on the seat map. The price stayed at $90 each way until the day of departure and then went up, regardless of booked capacity. As the departure date drew near, the seat map...

    Allegiant Interview

As stated above, Reno will be closing at the end of the month. The casino has reduced their flying to the point that a base didn't make sense any longer. Vegas is a large base, and will generally have slots open for a new hire. If for some odd reason it didn't, you can generally get it within...

Allegiant 3Q results in 16.5% operating margin and $13.8 million profit

...but you have the time and inclination to come on here and post drivel each and every day?

    Allegiant hiring???

I'm not picking on him... really. If you go back and seach some of his AAY posts, you'll see why I said what I did. Btw... Patrice isn't the person who calls anyone for interviews.

    Allegiant hiring???

You come down for two interviews, turn down the job, are about to be furloughed, and AAY continues to make money and grow. Ain't life a bitch sometimes...

    Allegiant hiring???

    Not accurate...
