    Honeywell Flight Dept. in MMU

+1 on that. We have a G550 with Planeview and the avionics are second rate to the Challenger 850 (CRJ) we operate. This is with regards to the FD and FMS mostly. Let the bashing begin. :)

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

This is also true, but don't kid yourself I know guys at USAA as well and their rice bowl is tipping over. Also take HEB as a sad example. They used to require 5000 PIC to interview, and the recent hiring candidates had less than 2500 TT and a few weren't sure they even wanted to move to San...

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

LD is right. It has changed for the worse, that's why they have lost some long time, coveted crewmembers to places like Southwest. This would be unheard of in a normal dept. I don't always agree or like what LD posts (sorry LD) but he and turtle have been eerily accurate. I have even been...

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

Well said. Indeed there are some fine people there, and I too hope they turn it around and make the place what it once was. Oh and the remark about the acrobatic pilot's son was a bit out of line on my part. Retracted. Thats the problem with late night fatigue typing. Apologies to all on...

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

This post is nonsensical. Sexual relationship? Come on. The guy he refers to is a solid pilot and a class act. People have referred to this thread as "bashing" when in reality pilots with first hand knowledge have been trying to give advice to many people contemplating applying to this...

    Chevron

I thought they were based in Houston?? Theres a G150 job posted for them based there anyway.

    GIV currency requirement in Europe????

I assume this aircraft in Europe is "N" reg? If not, you've got a whole other issue. JAA license or at least a validation from the country you are operating in to start with.

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

I was thinking the same thing.

    A320 Captains ($5,000 USD/per month) - Aruba ARUBA AIRLINES

Hate to say it, but we all know they will still have a stack of guys volunteering. Ridiculous.

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

That's hilarious by the way, just saw that haha. So true.

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

I believe "Turtle" is referring to legacy AT&T out of Morristown. That very reputation (the name) is what keeps people lining up. Oh, along with the shiny jets and economy. But you are right, given options, there isn't much of a chance a seasoned, quality crewmember would choose that...

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

Sounds about right. As for the other post yes there is an Assistant CP that has a daughter flight attendant but not sure about the "arguments". But it wouldn't surprise me.

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

Yes they did, two in fact. To replace two they let go of before. Not sure what that's all about. And yes, the pay package was poor. They did include performance based bonuses and stock. But even that was so-so, and in fact they didn't even get them for a year or two after we left.

    Falcon 7x Operators

TAG Asia and BAA in China to name a couple.

Why is AT&T losing its pilots?

LegacyDriver is right in some of his comments about "T". The ones who have left in the past year claim the place is a "funny farm" and the day to day work just wasn't worth it anymore. This (in my opinion) is a direct result of poor leadership below the Director level. The C.P. has to go...

Any Known Upcoming G650 Operators? Where do I send my app????

Exxon Mobile is getting two. I think they are getting one of the first few. I was told by Gulfstream when I was there that it will not be a common type. No mention of the costs, but I would have to assume these slots are definitely NOT "free" with the airplane. The owner is paying for them...

Free girls for WM pilots ?

Thanks CorpCaptain. Actually I didnt forget it, just left it out. But thanks for filling in. This thread is just too funny.

    Copa Airlines information

Nice work Shamrock. Your figures are correct. But dont forget theres a 30% Panamanian tax. And during training you only make a fraction of that. Plus if you are not 737 typed you can plan on numerous months (3-4) of "training" before you see the normal line pay. FYI
